How much power is available?
Every workshop gets a three-phase 3x25A connection with its own meter as standard, studios 3x20A. Heavy power and larger connections are available by arrangement. Tell us in your request what your machines need and we will see what is possible.
Can I combine workshops?
The walls can be moved and the workshops adjoin each other. By arrangement, you can create a larger space.
How does loading and unloading work?
There are two large loading bays you can drive into with a forklift or pallet truck, with a goods lift for pallets round the corner. They are there for all tenants.
When can I start?
The renovation is under way. Occupancy is expected from the second quarter of 2027. Request a space now and you will have the most choice.
