A workshop that works with you
A workshop for makers: furniture makers, metalworkers and anyone who works with their hands. Three-phase power, water and drainage, and loading bays round the corner.
Sound familiar?
You work from a shed or garage and keep running out of space and power.
Every delivery of timber or steel is a puzzle, because there is nowhere decent to load and unload.
You want to welcome clients somewhere that shows what you can do, not among the clutter.
Why makers feel at home here
Three-phase power
Three-phase power in the building and your own connection and meter per space. You pay for what you actually use.
Water and drainage
On the ground floor, water and drainage are prepared in every workshop. You can easily connect your own sink or worktop.
Loading and unloading
Two large loading bays you can drive into with a forklift or pallet truck.
Space that grows with you
The walls can be moved. Need more floor space? We will look together at whether your space can grow with you.

Workshops that suit you

Good to know
Can I connect heavy machinery?
There is three-phase power in the building and every space gets its own connection and meter. Tell us in your request how much power your machines need and we will see which space fits.
Can I bring in materials on a pallet?
Yes. There are two large loading bays, reachable with a forklift or pallet truck. They are there for all tenants.
Can I fit out my workshop myself?
Yes. Fit out your workshop the way you like to work. You may paint the walls, as long as you return them to their original condition when you leave. The floor and ceiling stay as they are.
When can I start?
The renovation is under way. Occupancy is expected from the second quarter of 2027. Request a space now and you will have the most choice.
