When can I move in?
The renovation is under way. Occupancy is expected from the second quarter of 2027.
What does a space cost?
Every space has an indicative monthly rent, which you can see with the space on the floor plan. Service charges come on top as an advance of €25 per m² per year, plus your own electricity use.
Can I reserve a space already?
Yes, request the space. The earlier you are, the more choice you have and the more say you have in the layout.
Will my machine or set-up fit?
Tell us in your request what you need in terms of power, water or floor area. Then we will look together at which space fits.
Can I move to a bigger or smaller space later?
The walls can be moved and the spaces adjoin each other. If your business grows, we will look at what is possible.

Fabrica is on the De Hurk business park. Clients, suppliers and your team can get here quickly by car, bus or bike.
