J+V Properties B.V. is responsible for processing personal data through this website. In this statement you can read which data we use, what for and for how long.
Contact form and requests
If you request a space or ask a question, we use your name, company name, email address, phone number and your message. We only use this information to handle your request and to get in touch with you.
Waiting list for prices and updates
If you sign up to be the first to receive prices or updates on the build, we keep your email address and, where given, your name. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or through the contact form.
Cookies
This website uses functional cookies that are needed for it to work, for example to remember your cookie choice.
We only place analytics cookies, which measure anonymously how the website is used, if you give your consent. You can change your choice at any time.
How long we keep your data
We keep the details of a request for as long as needed to handle it, and for no more than two years after that. If you become a tenant, the retention periods in the lease and the law apply.
We keep your waiting list sign-up until you unsubscribe.
Sharing with others
We do not sell your data. We only share it with parties that help us run the website and our communications, such as the website administrator. We make agreements with them about keeping your data secure.
Your rights
You may view, correct or delete your data. You can also object to its use or withdraw your consent. To do so, get in touch through the contact form.
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We may update this privacy statement. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
