How big are the studios?
The studios on the first floor range from about 30 to 220 m². The partition walls are indicative, so studios can be combined into a larger space, at a lower price per m².
Can I welcome clients or models?
Yes. There is an intercom, a lounge and a pantry on the first floor. Visitors park for free next to the building.
Is there water in the studio?
The studios on the first floor have no water supply of their own. The shared pantry and the kitchens are close by.
When can I start?
The renovation is under way. Occupancy is expected from the second quarter of 2027. Request a space now and you will have the most choice.
